Ordering from the guest's own phone
Contactless ordering means the guest orders and pays from their own phone, without waiting for a menu or a card terminal. With Bite2u, a QR code on the table opens the menu directly in the browser: no app to download.
In the guest's language
The menu shows in the language of each phone —English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese—, with a photo of every dish and the 14 EU allergens. That matters as much to a tourist as to a guest with an allergy.
Paying without the bill on a plate
Each phone at the table can see and pay its own part of the bill, so groups do not need to split it by hand. Staff still see everything on their screens and can take or adjust orders at any time.
Staff do more of what matters
When guests order and pay themselves, the team spends less time walking to the till and more time serving. The kitchen gets each order instantly on its screen or printer.
