One city, two languages at every table
In Miami a single table can order in English, switch to Spanish for dessert and have a guest who only reads Portuguese. Bite2u's QR menu opens in the language each guest's phone is set to (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese) with a photo of every dish and the 14 allergens used in the EU, so nobody needs a translator to choose.
Neighbors on Tuesday, visitors on Saturday
Most Miami restaurants live on two crowds: the regulars who come back every week and the visitors who fly in or step off a cruise ship. One system handles both: dine-in with QR or table service, takeaway with a pickup time, your own delivery and online orders through your own link, a web app that opens in the browser with nothing to download.
Delivery without handing over a third
In the US, DoorDash offers plans that charge 15%, 25% or 30% per order, and Uber Eats 20%, 25% or 30%. Bite2u charges 0% commission. You define your delivery areas, price each one according to distance and dispatch orders to the people on your payroll, who see on their phones only the deliveries assigned to them. The customer pays you, not a marketplace.
A complete POS behind the menu
Staff take orders from any phone, tablet or computer, and each item lands on the right kitchen or bar screen. You also get a floor plan of your tables, split checks, mixed payments and tips, cash closing by shift with a count, several registers, a time clock and reports by hour, product and channel that you can export to CSV or PDF.
What it costs
Bite2u is a flat $49.95 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no contract. It runs on the devices you already own: ESC/POS thermal printers, a cash drawer connected through the printer, your bank's card terminal and any monitor as a customer display. If the internet drops, it keeps working and syncs later. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll set it up for you at no charge.
