Sonoran flavors in the Valley
Phoenix food leans on the desert and the border: Sonoran hot dogs from late-night stands, carne asada and Mexican kitchens all across the Valley. A Bite2u menu works in English and Spanish, plus four more languages, switching with each guest's phone, and shows the photo of every dish next to the allergens it contains.
Summer heat and fast handoffs
From June to September, the heat and monsoon storms make waiting in a parking lot unpleasant and a long delivery run risky for the food. Customers can pick a pickup time so the order is ready when they arrive, and your own drivers get zones you draw, a fee by distance and a phone view of only their own deliveries.
Patio season and winter visitors
When the weather cools, winter visitors arrive and patios fill again, many with misters running into spring. A QR code on each outdoor table lets guests order and pay without waving down a server, and everyone can pay their own share and add a tip. In February and March, spring training crowds join in.
Scottsdale nights and downtown games
Weekend nights in Old Town Scottsdale and game days downtown bring bursts of orders at the bar. Each drink goes to the bar screen and each plate to the kitchen, and a ticket sent by mistake can be pulled back. When a party grows, merge tables on the floor plan; when it breaks up, divide the check.
Your monthly cost
In Phoenix, as across the US, Bite2u is $49.95 a month and nothing per order, where DoorDash runs US plans that take 15%, 25% and 30% of each order. There is no contract that locks you in, the trial lasts 14 days at no charge, and one WhatsApp message to us gets your restaurant configured for free.
