What to look for
A good online ordering system for a restaurant does four things well: a menu that loads fast on any phone, payment at checkout, a clear way to handle delivery or pickup times, and orders that arrive in the kitchen without anyone retyping them. Commission per order is the fifth question, and often the most expensive one.
Commission or flat fee
Marketplaces charge a percentage of every order. Own-channel systems usually charge a monthly fee. Bite2u is a flat fee with 0% commission per order, so the cost does not grow with your sales.
How orders flow in Bite2u
The customer opens your link or QR, sees the menu in their language with photos, orders and pays. The order appears on the kitchen screen or printer; if it is a delivery, you assign it to one of your drivers, who sees only their deliveries on their phone.
One system, not three
The same menu powers table QR ordering, online orders, takeaway and kiosks, and all of it lands in the same register and the same reports. Changes to the menu are live everywhere at once.
