Visitors from all over Europe
Amsterdam welcomes visitors all year round, and on many evenings the tables in the Jordaan, De Pijp and along the canals are full of people from abroad. With Bite2u, a quick scan of the table’s QR code opens your menu in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese, depending on the language set on each phone.
Borrel time
The Dutch borrel, after-work drinks with bitterballen, fills brown cafés and bars from late afternoon. Orders tend to come in all at once, so each guest can order from their own phone, drinks go straight to the bar screen and snacks to the kitchen, and nothing gets lost on a scribbled note.
Card-first payments
In Amsterdam paying by card is the norm, and plenty of places no longer take cash at all. Bite2u works with the card terminal from your bank, handles mixed payments when someone does pay in cash, and lets every phone at the table see and settle its own share, with a tip if the guest wants to add one.
Your own delivery, by bike if you like
Thuisbezorgd.nl and Uber Eats keep a percentage of every order. With your own ordering link, there is nothing to download: you draw your delivery zones, set prices by distance and assign orders to your own couriers, who in this city will often be on bikes anyway. Each courier sees only their own deliveries.
King’s Day and the price
On King’s Day in late April the whole city turns orange and every till is busy. Bite2u runs several tills at once and closes each shift with a cash count. It costs €49.95 a month with 0% commission per order, no minimum term and a 14-day free trial, and we set it up for you free of charge over WhatsApp.
