Locals, visitors and cruise passengers
Vancouver restaurants serve locals in Kitsilano and on Main Street, visitors around Gastown and Granville Island, and cruise passengers who come ashore at Canada Place. Each guest scans the table QR code and the menu opens in their phone's language, among six, with dish photos and the 14 allergens, so nobody needs a server to translate.
Rainy evenings, more takeout
Through the wet months, many people stay in and order dinner instead of going out. Guests use your own link to order, choose pickup or delivery, and the ticket appears on the kitchen screen right away. You set delivery zones and charge by distance, from Commercial Drive to Kerrisdale, and your drivers only see the deliveries you give them on their phones.
Sushi, dim sum and noodle counters
Sushi bars, dim sum rooms and ramen shops live on speed. Orders entered on any device go straight to the right screen, kitchen or bar, and the floor plan shows each table's status. At busy counters and food halls, a self-order kiosk lets guests place their own orders while your team cooks and serves. The thermal printers you already own keep working.
Your link, zero commission
SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats and DoorDash all operate in Vancouver, and each takes a percentage of every order. With Bite2u you pay one flat fee each month and nothing per order, and your ordering link works as a web app with nothing to install. Connect your WhatsApp and an automatic reply sends that link to anyone who messages you, ready to order.
Clear numbers at closing
Each shift closes its till with a cash count, and reports by hour, product and channel export to CSV or PDF. Staff clock in and out in the same system, and guests can book a table from your website with an email reminder. The 14-day trial costs nothing and there is no long-term commitment; message us on WhatsApp so we can set it up for you free of charge.
