Speed at the comal
A taqueria lives on speed: tortillas warming on the comal, meats ready in their trays, salsas within reach. Orders arrive small but very often, and at peak hours the line receives one ticket after another. When every order shows up on the kitchen screen the moment it is placed, from the counter, a waiter's phone or your own link, nobody has to decipher handwritten notes in the middle of the rush.
Tacos that arrive in one piece
A taco assembled in the kitchen and sent on a long ride falls apart: the tortilla absorbs the juices and breaks. Many taquerias pack the tortillas wrapped separately, the meat in its own container and the salsa, onion and cilantro on the side, so the customer finishes the taco at home. Keeping delivery zones close to the kitchen also helps, and in Bite2u each zone carries its own price by distance.
Orders counted by the piece
Taco orders are counted in units: three al pastor, two suadero, one campechano, green salsa for some and red for others. With groups, the bill matters as much as the order. At the table, every phone that scans the QR sees the menu and can pay its own share, and for takeaway the customer chooses a pickup time, so the order is ready when they arrive instead of waiting on the counter.
Late hours and customers who come back
Tacos are a late-night and weekend favorite, and the same customers return again and again. Saving them in customer records tells you who orders what. Connecting your WhatsApp so every message gets an automatic reply with your ordering link turns a quick question into a direct order, and no platform keeps a percentage of it.
Tablets, kiosk and a single fee
A taqueria does not need expensive hardware. Bite2u runs on the phones and tablets you already have: any tablet can be a self-order kiosk, any phone can take orders at the table, and orders come out on any ESC/POS thermal printer in the kitchen. The price is a fixed monthly fee with 0% commission per order, a 14-day free trial and no lock-in. If you prefer, we set it up for you through WhatsApp.
